KROKUS Frontman To Sing On New BISS Album

November 30, 2004

KROKUS frontman Marc Storace has been tapped to sing on the upcoming album from German hard rockers BISS, tentatively due next year via AOR Heaven.

The group's as-yet-untitled third effort will feature an "even more '80s-orientated sound" that will satisfy "any fan of [music from] that era," according to a press release.

Production duties will be handled by Michael Voss (CASANOVA). Working songtitles set to appear on the CD include "Rejected", "D.S.O.D", "Pyromania", "Calling" and a remake of the ICON classic "Raise the Hammer".

Commented Storace: "Michael Voss simply asked me to sing the next BISS album... After listening to a handful of new tracks, I was convinced that the music was 'right up my street' and I decided to go for it! Doc Heyne [BISS guitarist/songwriter] and the boys exhibit pure skilled craftsmanship with every pulsating second of their performances and I'm very much looking forward to laying down the lead vocal tracks when I fly to Germany early this January 2005."
